Drone Demolition Before and After

Somehow there's admittedly something in the little boy in me that takes at least some pleasure in watching a large structure come down and although it would have been nice to see the whole thing get demolished, it's a surprisingly long process that's very carefully engineered. Take a look here:

The drone footage is definitely an amazing perspective of the demolition, but also showcases the detail of the finished house's exterior beautifully.

Update: Thanks to 133 backers and countless other supporters, we've successfully managed to raise 125% of our goal!! A HUUUUUGE thank you to all who made this possible!

It's funny the way things work out. You might remember that I did a series of promo photos for Heidi Wall a while back. What I didn't know was that she was working together with soprano, Natasha Campbell, who I went to a specialized arts high school with. Natasha has always had a bit of a thing for Samuel Barber's Hermit Songs and since they were both working on them together with plans to record them, they thought they'd reach out to me to see if we could all reach a larger audience together by adding a film component to complement the songs. And so...we put our heads together and came up with a really fun Kickstarter campaign in an effort to fund it, so that we're able to make the best possible film we're capable of:

The support and personal messages from friends, family and complete strangers has been crazy encouraging, but we still have a long way to go! It would be huge if you could share our project with others in your network, connect with us on facebook and please feel free to contact us directly with any questions or to just plain say hi! We're also thrilled to see that Kickstarter has actually noticed our video out of so many campaigns - they've reached out to say they're endorsing us (with that little blue "Project We Love" button in the screenshot below) making us one of the 0.06% of current projects they're actively supporting:

A HUUUUUGE thanks for all the love and we're excited to get to work on a truly special collaboration!

Video series with Josée Couture

Update: as of Dec. 17th, 2016 we're just rolling out the 24th episode, which marks 2 years of monthly videos!! This one coming out shortly will be a fun recap and blooper reel, so to check out the full series of useful tips in the ever-growing library, check out Josée's channel here.

Lately I've been doing a lot more video work than ever before and have some amazing upcoming projects which I'm both proud, honoured, and excited to be a part of.

Yesterday Toronto Realtor Josée Couture released the first video in a series we'll be rolling out monthly to offer Torontonians a look into their own neighbourhoods and explore a number of tips surrounding house & home.

Now celebrating 25 years in real estate, Josée has a wonderful warmth to her personality, which paired with her experience, gives her an exceptional trustworthiness. An important part of her story is that she's now serving the children of previous clientele, which I'm sure is a great feeling and a wonderful milestone.

Subscribe to the series on Youtube to stay up-to-date and join the conversation both on Facebook and Twitter.

And thank you to Andrew at Village Living Magazine for introducing us!
